These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the vip22 website, mobile platform, software applications, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by vip22 ("vip22", "we", "us", or "our"). vip22 is an internationally licensed online gaming platform providing casino games, sports betting, online poker, live dealer tables, and related entertainment services to eligible adult players in Indonesia and other permitted jurisdictions.

This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "Player", "User", or "you") and vip22. By completing the account registration process, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise engaging with any feature of the Platform, you represent that you have read, understood, and accepted every clause of this Agreement, together with any additional rules, policies, and guidelines incorporated by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Account" — the individual registered player account created on the Platform by a Member.
• "Balance" — the real-money IDR funds held in a Member's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free bet allocations, or free spin values credited to a Member's Account under a specific promotion. Bonus Funds are subject to the wagering and withdrawal requirements of the applicable promotion.
• "Game" — any casino game, live dealer table, slot title, poker product, sports betting market, or other wagering product available on the Platform.
• "IDR" — Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, used as the sole transactional currency on the Platform.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer verification procedures used to confirm the identity, age, and residency of a Member.
• "Malicious Activity" — any act of cheating, collusion, arbitrage exploitation, bonus abuse, fraudulent chargebacks, money laundering, or use of automated software or bots in contravention of these Terms.
• "Platform" — the vip22 website accessible at https://vip22.lat, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized interfaces, and any software provided by vip22 for the purpose of accessing its services.
• "Wager" / "Bet" — a real-money or bonus-fund stake placed on a Game outcome through the Platform.
• "Winnings" — real-money funds credited to a Member's Account as a result of a successful Wager outcome.

To be eligible to open and maintain a vip22 Account, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during your use of the Platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
3. You must not be a resident of or located within any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
4. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
5. You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of a current employee or director of vip22 or any of its affiliated companies or game-software suppliers.
6. You must not be a previously banned or self-excluded player attempting to circumvent a restriction placed on a prior Account.
7. You must not be acting on behalf of or in the interests of any third party when registering or using the Account.

vip22 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the timeframe requested will result in Account suspension pending verification.

Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. vip22 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate accounts; any accounts identified as duplicates may be closed without notice and all balances therein may be voided.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. vip22 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Member.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — specifically your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. You must notify vip22 support immediately upon becoming aware of, or suspecting, any unauthorized access to your Account. vip22 will not be liable for any loss incurred as a result of unauthorized use of your Account prior to notification.

vip22 may, at its sole discretion, require Members to complete full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC documents typically include a government-issued photo identification (such as a National Identity Card — KTP — or valid passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. vip22's KYC team will notify you of the specific documents required at the time of the request.

All transactions on the Platform are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). vip22 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies; any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Member. vip22 charges no internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, the Member's bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own charges, which are outside vip22's control.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include, but are not limited to: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and the e-wallet services OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods are displayed at the point of transaction and may change without prior notice.

Deposits: Funds deposited to the Platform are credited to the Member's Account after confirmation of receipt of the transfer. vip22 targets a deposit processing time of under five (5) minutes for all supported payment methods. If a deposit is not credited within twenty (20) minutes, the Member must contact support with proof of transfer. vip22 is not responsible for delays caused by banking system outages or third-party payment processor issues outside its direct control.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes during standard operating hours. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered under the same name as the vip22 Account holder. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not used for deposits are not permitted without explicit prior authorization from vip22's compliance team.

vip22 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected Malicious Activity, or compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations. A withdrawal request may be declined if the associated Account is under investigation; the Member will be notified of any such delay.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal thresholds are published in the Banking or Cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change. Members are advised to review current limits prior to initiating transactions.

vip22 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general conditions apply to all bonus offers:

1. Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering Requirements vary by promotion and are stated clearly in the promotion's terms.
2. Game Contribution: Different Games contribute at different rates toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Slot titles from most studios typically contribute 100%; live dealer table games, sportsbook bets, and certain other products may contribute at a lower rate or may be excluded entirely. Contribution rates are listed in the applicable promotion terms.
3. Bonus Validity: All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time of crediting. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unsatisfied Wagering Requirements at the time of expiry will be forfeited automatically.
4. Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus: Unless otherwise stated, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn as real-money funds derived from a bonus is limited to a multiple of the bonus value, as specified in the promotion terms.
5. One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously. Members should refer to the individual promotion pages for restrictions on combining promotions.
6. Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to abuse a bonus offer — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, making low-risk or hedged wagers solely to satisfy wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. vip22 reserves the right to void all associated winnings and close the Account.

vip22 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Members who have already accepted a bonus and are actively progressing toward its Wagering Requirement at the time of withdrawal will not be retroactively affected by the withdrawal of that specific promotion.

All Games on the Platform are governed by the specific rules of each Game as published within the Game interface or in the relevant Help or Rules section. These Game-specific rules supplement and take precedence over this Agreement for matters relating solely to Game mechanics. In the event of a conflict between Game rules and this Agreement on a matter of general platform use, this Agreement prevails.

All random number generator (RNG) Games use certified software that produces statistically random outcomes. vip22 does not manipulate RNG outcomes. Live dealer Games are conducted by human dealers in real time via live-streamed studio environments and are not subject to software outcome manipulation.

Decisions made by the vip22 system — including the outcome of a Wager, the settlement of a sports betting market, and the application of Wagering Requirement progress — are final. In the event of a technical malfunction or platform error that corrupts the outcome of a Game round or Wager, vip22 reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Member's Account. No compensation beyond the return of the voided stake will be payable.

Sportsbook bets, including mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) and voor bola (handicap) markets, are subject to additional sportsbook-specific rules published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. These rules govern market suspension, void conditions, early cash-out terms, and settlement timelines for all domestic BRI Liga 1 fixtures and international events including the EPL, Champions League, and AFF Cup.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in prohibited conduct is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, voiding of all balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of scripting to interact with the Platform without human input.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any Game, including sharing hole cards in poker or coordinating live dealer bets.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, error, or undocumented feature of the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from an exploited error may be voided; Members are obligated to report known bugs to vip22 support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the Platform to convert illicit funds into withdrawable balances through strategic wagering activity.
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against deposits made to the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with vip22.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited, using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to misrepresent your location.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior directed at vip22 staff or other Members via live chat, support channels, or any other communication medium.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the vip22 brand name and logo, website design, user interface, graphics, text, software, game content, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to vip22 and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit any of the following without vip22's prior written consent: reproducing, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any part of the Platform's content or software.

vip22 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and should be read alongside these Terms. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

vip22 implements 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption on all data transmissions, maintains strict internal data access controls, and does not sell or rent Member personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. Personal data may be shared with regulated KYC verification partners, payment processors, and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law or vip22's licensing obligations.

vip22 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its Members. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools that are accessible from the Account settings after login, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), loss limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and permanent self-exclusion.

If you believe that your gambling has become problematic, we strongly encourage you to use these tools immediately and to seek independent support. Further guidance is available on our dedicated Responsible Gaming page. vip22 enforces a strict 21+ age policy and actively cooperates with responsible gaming organizations operating in Indonesia.

Any self-exclusion request made through the Platform or submitted to vip22 support will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, the excluded Account will be locked against login and any marketing communications related to gambling will be suspended.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vip22's total aggregate liability to any Member arising from or in connection with this Agreement or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money funds deposited by that Member into their Account during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

vip22 shall not be liable, under any circumstances, for any of the following categories of loss: loss of profits, loss of business, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, indirect loss, consequential loss, special loss, or punitive damages — even if vip22 had been advised of the possibility of such losses.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While vip22 targets 99.9% uptime, vip22 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform and does not warrant that the Platform will meet the Member's specific requirements. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occasionally restrict access; vip22 will endeavor to communicate planned downtime in advance.

A Member may close their Account at any time by contacting vip22 support via live chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be paid out to the Member's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds and unmet Wagering Requirements will be forfeited upon closure.

vip22 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of this Agreement, confirmed identity fraud, confirmed underage gambling, confirmed Malicious Activity, failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe, or where required by law or regulatory instruction. In cases of confirmed fraud or breach, associated balances may be forfeited in full.

This Agreement and any dispute arising from or in connection with it — whether contractual, tortious, or otherwise — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which vip22 holds its operating license. To the extent that any provision of this Agreement conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in Indonesia, those mandatory provisions shall take precedence over the conflicting clause only to the minimum extent required by law.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between the Member and vip22 shall be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English under the arbitration rules of the applicable international arbitration body specified by vip22 at the time the dispute is submitted. Notwithstanding the foregoing, vip22 reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened breach of its intellectual property rights or to recover misappropriated funds.

vip22 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, vip22 will notify active Members through a notice displayed on the Platform, via registered email, or both, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect — except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or for security reasons.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is displayed at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
